This Privacy Policy describes how Uviron LLC (“Uviron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.uviron.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

For visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Uviron LLC is the data controller of your personal information. Shopify provides e-commerce and checkout services as our data processor.

We collect two types of information: Device Information and Order Information.

Device Information may include IP address, browser type and version, time zone settings, cookies installed on your device, pages viewed, products viewed, referral URLs, and general browsing behavior. This information is collected through cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels.

Order Information includes your name, billing address, shipping address, payment details (processed securely by Shopify or payment processors), email address, and phone number when you place or attempt to place an order.

Personal Information in this Policy includes both Device Information and Order Information.

3. How We Use Personal Information
We use Order Information to process and fulfill orders, manage payments, arrange shipping, provide invoices and order confirmations, communicate with customers, screen for fraud, and send marketing communications if you have opted in.

We use Device Information to improve and optimize the Site, analyze browsing patterns, prevent fraud, measure advertising performance, and support overall website functionality.

We retain Order Information for five (5) years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance unless a longer period is required by law.
