Stocking Partner Terms

A UVIRON Stocking Partner (“Partner”) is an approved independent business that purchases and maintains UVIRON film inventory for its own business use and/or local resale and pickup.
By becoming a UVIRON Stocking Partner, you agree to these Terms.
1. Location & Inventory
Partners must operate an established tint shop or approved business at a commercial location. Home-based, residential, and mobile-only businesses are not eligible unless approved by UVIRON.
Partners must maintain UVIRON film inventory available for local sale and pickup. Partners determine their inventory levels and product selection based on local customer demand. Delivery is optional and not required.
Partners may also use purchased UVIRON products in their own business operations.
2. Partner Pricing & Benefits
There is no membership, licensing, or participation fee to become a Stocking Partner.
Approved Stocking Partners receive Partner pricing and free LTL shipping.
UVIRON may update Partner pricing, minimum order requirements, benefits, and program policies as needed.
3. Independent Business
Each Partner is independently owned and operated and is solely responsible for its own inventory, sales, payments, taxes, pricing, and business operations.
Partners are not employees, agents, representatives, franchisees, joint venturers, or legal partners of UVIRON and have no authority to act for or bind UVIRON.
4. Product Resale
Partners must sell only genuine UVIRON products as UVIRON products and must not alter, relabel, or misrepresent UVIRON products.
UVIRON products must not be sold through third-party online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms, without prior written approval from UVIRON.
5. UVIRON Name & Brand
Partners may identify themselves as a UVIRON Stocking Partner while actively participating.
Partners may not represent themselves as UVIRON, a UVIRON-owned location, or as having authority to act on behalf of UVIRON.
UVIRON trademarks, logos, images, and other brand materials may be used only to promote genuine UVIRON products and in accordance with UVIRON guidelines.
6. Store Locator
Approved Partners may be listed on the UVIRON Stocking Partner Locator.
Partners are responsible for keeping their business and contact information accurate.
A listing does not guarantee sales, customers, or leads. Listings remain available while the Partner is active and eligible.
7. Returns
Partners are responsible for handling returns from their customers. Customers must process returns through the Stocking Partner where the product was purchased.
Partners may return eligible products to UVIRON according to the UVIRON Return Policy.
8. Product Warranty
UVIRON stands behind its products according to the applicable UVIRON warranty.
Customers who purchase genuine UVIRON products from a Stocking Partner may submit eligible warranty claims directly to UVIRON. Approved claims will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms.
9. Partner Locations & Territory
UVIRON Stocking Partner status does not provide an exclusive geographic territory or exclusive sales rights.
UVIRON considers existing Stocking Partner locations when approving new Partners to help maintain a strong local network.
UVIRON may approve additional Stocking Partners and may sell directly to customers based on local market needs, customer demand, and other business considerations.
10. Ending Participation
Either UVIRON or the Partner may end participation at any time, subject to applicable law.
UVIRON may periodically review a Partner’s continued eligibility based on account standing, purchasing activity, inventory availability, and compliance with these Terms.
UVIRON may suspend or end participation if a Partner no longer meets Stocking Partner requirements.
When participation ends, Partner pricing, benefits, and Store Locator listing will end.
