Good quality film, but if it’s your 1st tinting may need to get a 2nd set of tint cause I’ve done my front windows 3 times and back window 3 times as welll. Still working on them hopefully 4th time is the charm. I’m glad it’s not expensive.

This was my first time using tint and it was mostly easy to work with. It was packaged very well and shipped very quick. I screwed up my first window, so after doing all the rest, ordered replacement patterns and fixed it. Came off very easily when it came time to reinstall. From what I can tell, good product for a great price.
I did not have the pictures available in previous review as you know pictures tell the true story. Again, easy to shrink, easy to apply (check your slip material, tools, time, environment, and weather!!!), and looks excellent. Done right in my driveway/garage as I have done for decades. You are looking at a 15% VLC on a 1999 Toyota 4runner. The rear window is 1 piece! Easy to shrink and handle.

Perfect cut and good quality material
This was my 1st time installing window tint. Quite a bit more challenging than I imagined, but overall it was a good install.
I HIGHLY recommend doubling your order so that in the event that you make a mistake (which you will) you'll have a backup ready to go.
I'm in the process of ordering again because I want to redo to fix my mistakes.
Also, I recommend trimming the liner as close to the perforation as possible. Makes for shrinking the film much easier.

I had an awesome experience with TintX. I recently ordered a full set of precut window tints for my Subaru Forester. My package arrived via FedEx in three days, which is very convenient—and free shipping! But the real standout was that they thoughtfully included an extra precut for the large rear liftgate window! It was like they knew I might mess up on my first try (and I did), and honestly, this level of customer care is now a rarity. Overall, a solid 10 out of 10! For the price, looks great and has held up well so far. Pretty good clarity, no bubbles or discoloration (yet). Pretty difficult to apply but I am happy with the results for literally 10% of what a pro installation would cost
If your ordering precut for a vehicle make sure to put the bin number down because they wouldn’t ship mine until I sent them to vin to make sure the tint was cut for the right windows. It says optional but trust me just send it. I believe they sent an extra copy of the rear window. Will be using them again.
