We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET Monday–Friday or 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET on Saturday ship the same day.
Orders placed after these cutoff times ship on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or major holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from our distribution warehouse in Maryland.
Most orders ship through FedEx and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
Most residential addresses receive weekend delivery.
Orders under 1 lb ship via USPS and generally arrive within 1–5 business days.
Expedited Shipping
You may upgrade at checkout to the following options:
• Overnight – arrives the next business day
• 2-Day – arrives within two business days
(Expedited shipping includes Saturday delivery. No Sunday delivery.)

Delivery Estimates & Delays
All delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather events, seasonal shipping volume, or carrier-related delays.
Expedited services, including FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2Day, are not guaranteed during such disruptions, and shipping fees are non-refundable for related delays.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact us promptly.
We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier and help work toward a resolution.
