Orders placed by 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET Monday–Friday or 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET on Saturday ship the same day.
Orders placed after these cutoff times ship on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or major holidays.

Most orders ship through FedEx and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
Most residential addresses receive weekend delivery.
Orders under 1 lb ship via USPS and generally arrive within 1–5 business days.
Expedited Shipping
You may upgrade at checkout to the following options:
• Overnight – arrives the next business day
• 2-Day – arrives within two business days
(Expedited shipping includes Saturday delivery. No Sunday delivery.)

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays.
Most FedEx Ground shipments still arrive within the expected 1–3 business day window.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact us promptly.
We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier and help work toward a resolution.

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking email once your package has shipped.
