Stocking Partner Terms

UVIRON Stocking Partners are independently owned and operated businesses that keep UVIRON film available for local sale and pickup. By becoming a Stocking Partner, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Stock & Local Pickup

Stocking Partners must maintain a reasonable selection of UVIRON film in stock for local sale and pickup.

2. Independent Business

Stocking Partners operate independently and are responsible for their own inventory, pricing, sales, taxes, returns, and customer service.

Stocking Partners are not employees, agents, or franchisees of UVIRON and may not represent their business as UVIRON, LLC or a UVIRON-owned location.

3. UVIRON Products

Stocking Partners may sell only genuine UVIRON products as UVIRON products.

UVIRON products may not be sold on third-party online marketplaces without prior approval from UVIRON.

4. Store Locator

Approved Stocking Partners will be listed on the UVIRON Store Locator while their Stocking Partner status remains active.

Stocking Partner status is non-exclusive and does not provide an exclusive territory or guarantee referrals or sales.

5. Stocking Partner Status

UVIRON may update these Terms and may suspend or remove Stocking Partner status if these requirements are not followed.
